About Villa Pakleni Hvar
This Villa was fully renovated and expanded in 2021 with the addition of new terraces and an infinity pool. Located about 1 km from the city center right and first line to the sea, in the most beautiful parts of the town of Hvar called Majerovica, it is an extraordinary location. Next to Hula Hula beach bar but not at all bothered by noise, there is a dock in front to go snorkeling or diving, and pebble beach is just about 200 m away. This villa has an interior area of 350m2 plus a pergola of an additional 50m2, 2 outside kitchens. There is a total of nine bedrooms spanning across the three upper floors of the villa, and the lower ground floor of the house has a separate entrance and another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
